高壓配電系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的設(shè)備包括金具、支持絕緣子、母線、避雷器、電壓互感器、電流互感器、隔離開關(guān)、高壓開關(guān)等。在系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)作下,這些系統(tǒng)設(shè)備都應(yīng)該順利地運(yùn)行,完成配電任務(wù)。而完善的維護(hù)工作可以保證高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,主要維護(hù)要求為:要經(jīng)過運(yùn)行維護(hù)完成SCADA數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視與采集,從而保證配電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)可以達(dá)到正常狀態(tài)的既定約束條件;其次經(jīng)過實施維護(hù)實現(xiàn)DSM與LM用以改善正常狀態(tài)下的負(fù)荷曲線,以免在達(dá)到峰值的時候出現(xiàn)過度負(fù)荷引起違反不等式約束條件的情況;經(jīng)過實施維護(hù)可以完成在正常狀態(tài)的情況下,DMS通過電壓/無功優(yōu)化與負(fù)荷平衡來減少網(wǎng)損,促進(jìn)配電系統(tǒng)的順利運(yùn)行。然后經(jīng)過實施維護(hù)在不同受力狀態(tài)與氣象條件完成力學(xué)計算。其系數(shù)不能低于規(guī)定數(shù)值,以免出現(xiàn)事故。在高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行時,維護(hù)工作需要保證其設(shè)計方案和實施內(nèi)容可以維持正常的工作的進(jìn)行,并且也可以使配電系統(tǒng)得到保障。而在實際的配電系統(tǒng)維護(hù)時,也需要考慮到系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行的情況,做出合理、的維護(hù)方案。

Then, after maintenance, the mechanical calculation is completed in different stress states and meteorological conditions. The safety factor should not be lower than the specified value to avoid safety accidents. In the normal operation of high-voltage distribution system, the maintenance work needs to ensure that its design and implementation can maintain the normal work, and also can ensure the safety of the distribution system. In the actual distribution system maintenance, we also need to consider the normal operation of the system and make a reasonable and comprehensive maintenance plan.
